Kaderisasi
Kaderisasi in english is could be called as regeneration or inauguration. But linguistically kaderisasi means educate and building character trough impairment so someone that we educate had the competencies that the organization needs.

1. Active
This type of caderitation held abstractly and carried out regularly. This type of kaderisasi usually held after an insidental kaderisasi , and its act as a follow up from the insidental kaderisasi. So in this case it is very important to understand that every routine activity must empower the potential of participant as well as become a form of active coaching and development for participant.
2. Pasive
Passive cadre is carried out incidentally and its usually be the beginning of something. Wether it's a beginning of an organisation or could be as a regeneration for a new participant. At this moment, participant get 'learning to know' and a little 'learning to be'
